The result is better call quality, more features, and significantly lower costs. Your desk phone looks and works just like a regular phone -- you pick it up, dial, and talk. The only difference is it plugs into your network instead of a phone jack.

We provide professional IP desk phones as part of your service -- there is nothing extra to buy. The phones connect to your existing network via an Ethernet cable. If you already have compatible SIP phones, we can configure those to work with our system as well. All you need is a stable internet connection.

Yes, absolutely. We handle the entire number porting process for you at no extra charge. The transition takes 5-10 business days depending on your current carrier, and it is seamless -- one minute your old phone rings, the next your new phone rings. There is zero downtime.

Each VoIP call uses about 100 Kbps of bandwidth. For a typical small business with 5-10 phones, a standard business internet connection (25+ Mbps) is more than enough. We will assess your current internet setup during our free consultation and let you know if any upgrades are recommended. Most businesses already have sufficient bandwidth.

Our system includes automatic failover. If your internet drops, calls are automatically forwarded to your mobile phone or another number you designate. Voicemails continue to be captured and delivered to your email. You can also use the mobile app on your smartphone's cellular data to keep making and receiving calls on your business number, even without office internet.

Most installations are completed within one week of signing up. We pre-configure your phones, auto-attendant, and voicemail settings before arriving on-site. The actual on-site installation typically takes just a few hours. We handle everything -- you just start making calls.
