Yes, we take care of the porting process and move your existing telephone number over to our service.  The process take 5-10 business days depending on the losing carrier.  It is seamless and easy, one minute your old phone is ringing, the next minute your new phone is ringing.  

That depends on the service.  If you are adding a new network cable it can be done within a day of your request.  If you are installing a new phone system or cameras, it will take about a week from the day of request.

The short answer is we make less profit than the national providers, passing on the cost savings to you.  We charge less for a superior product because we want switching to benefit your company.  You also don't need roll over lines (extra lines so callers don't get a busy signal) with our service because multiple callers can connect through one published number without ever getting a busy signal.
